Weeks' walk gives Milwaukee win in 10th

Weeks finished the game 2-for-3 with three walks for the Brewers, who snapped a five-series winless streak with Thursday's victory. Carlos Gomez finished with two hits and two RBI -- including the game-tying RBI single in the ninth inning.

Casey McGehee went 3-for-5 with his NL-leading 41st RBI for Milwaukee, which is 20-7 at home against Houston since the 2007 season. John Axford (1-0) earned his first career victory after pitching a perfect 10th inning, while Dave Bush was spared the hard-luck loss after allowing two unearned runs in five frames.

Brett Myers gave up two runs on seven hits and three walks in six innings for the Astros, who are winless in their last five series (0-4-1). Hunter Pence chipped in with three hits and two stolen bases, while Geoff Blum drove two runs.

Matt Lindstrom (1-1) had his streak of 22 consecutive saves snapped after giving up a run in the ninth, then received his first loss of the year after yielding the game-winning run in the 10th. He walked three batters and gave up four hits.
