Los Angeles, CA (Sports Network) - The Los Angeles Dodgers placed reliever Cory Wade on the 15-day disabled list Saturday, retroactive to April 12, with right shoulder bursitis. It's the same ailment that caused the 25-year-old to miss 10 days of spring training in late February. Wade (0-1) has made four appearances in 2009, allowing two runs on five hits in 3 2/3 innings. The club recalled left-hander Scott Elbert from Double-A Chattanooga to fill the vacant roster spot.
